Haven't updated this in a long while but will try and keep it updated periodically, just hard to find the time as of late.  Was messing about in the gym yesterday and ended up getting some numbers and while I don't focus on the distances and whatnot that I can generate I figured it would be a good marker to see where I was at during this time as well as for Parkour people in general to see.

HS Hold (In Place): 21 Seconds

Superkip Challenge: 3.02 Seconds

Cat pass exit distance (to concrete, 3ft3in high vault, landing on the ground level) : 11ft 3in
