Update

Got my surgery date for next Thurs. and after that it could be 8 weeks before I'm back in tip top shape for training, though its ok to start some stuff 2 weeks after, just want to get it over with so I can move on, not training for large periods of time makes me too stir crazy :/

Taking care of business

It's not secret I've had a hernia for the past month, was a real random occurrence and I've have to put real training, and now any training on hold until I get it all figured out. Only way to fix it is surgery, which I will thankfully be getting on the 20th. After that its a 2-8 week recuperation period and after that I'll be good to start training again. Just want to this to all get done and over with so I can move on, its so frustrating.

Anyway thats really all thats been going down now, as soon as I heal I'll be sure to put another UTG up but until then I'm kinda useless physically :/
