Recent Training focuses

Doing lots of route repetition stuff, working as many awkward and scary things as I can, just trying to break those barriers now, doing some decent conditioning stuff as well, my triceps are killing me right now haha thanks diving monkeys. The heat is beastly here, forgot how bad it was but thankfully there is dusk/night training always available. trying to get more flexible , tough on your own though :/
