Training today

Worked a lot of touch stuff, barefoot landings, precisions, being quiet, did a little follow the leader, was chill but still eventful.

Later in the day trained again, got my gainers back, with shoes off anyway, did some backhandspring back tucks, and standing arabians, good stuff ;) Also played Racquetball for like an hour and a half, climbed for about an hour, and lifted weights for the first time for like an hour as well.
